What does A to Z production include?
Development of your formulation, ingredient sourcing, filling and production in our own facility, and packaging with your label. You receive a finished product that is ready to sell.
What is the difference between private label and white label?
With white label, you sell an existing, ready-made product under your own brand. With private label, a product is developed and made specifically for your brand. BIO PAK works with both.
Do I need a formulation before I contact you?
No. We turn your concept into a formulation as part of the development step. If you already have a recipe, send it to us and we take it from there.
Which product formats can you make?
Capsules filled with powder or liquid, dual capsules, liquid capsules, and powder products in stick packs and pouches. Capsules are packed in bottles or blisters.
Do you make vegan products?
We make capsules from vegan HPMC or from gelatine, so you can choose the shell that fits your brand.
Can you handle small and large volumes?
We work with start-ups and multinational groups, on 8 fully automatic machines with a capacity of over 500 million capsules per year. Tell us the volumes you have in mind and we will discuss them with you.
How long does a project take?

Where is production, and which certificates do you hold?
In our own facility in Kranj, Slovenia (EU). Our certificates include FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, GMP, EU Organic and FDA.
